## Current status

The business is in concept validation. It is not open for reservations yet. The primary call to action is a lightweight Interested Adventurers interest list. A separate concept validation survey gathers demand data for flat-fee pricing, travel radius, group size, format preference, and what the first proof event should demonstrate.

Book the Quest: a hosted tabletop RPG weekend for one private group of 2–6 players, with 4 as the target size. The intended experience includes a professional Game Master, a self-contained weekend adventure arc, character help and table guidance, themed table atmosphere, and whole-site lodging coordination at a rented cabin or lodge during the early validation phase.

## Secondary long-term offer

Rest at the Inn: future private fantasy-themed glamping or cabin stays without a campaign requirement. This is part of the long-term retreat vision; solo/community bunk weekends are a future possibility, not the core offer, not the first early validation focus.
